Hi! My name is Kilsy and I am the owner, lead balloon decorator and designer of Time to Party Balloons. I am passionate about all things especially bringing your vision to life!
Time to Party Balloons started by helping family and friends do some balloons decor for their events. After receiving positive feedback, and seeing the joy in turning a vision to life, I decided to start Time to Party Balloons! Balloons are a passion that brings me joy and allows me to tune into my creativity and deliver happiness to my customers.
The idea behind Time to Party Balloons is to bring fun party decor and styling that is sure to make your party “POP” one balloon at a time.
